JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Seeking for new customers and expanding potential markets.
• Understanding the communication framework, including PR booking and social booking, building communication plans for specific campaigns.
• Responsible for carrying out jobs related to booking on all PR and social platforms (focus on social booking, especially KOLs booking).
• Ensuring proejcts execution schedule and timeline
• Handling customers and the corresponding suppliers contracts, taking care of cash flow for each project.
• Responsible for guiding, training and building a team account with a position equivalent to line manager.
• Reporting progress, quality of work to account manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS    

• Education: Graduated University / College majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications ...
• Experience: At least 2 - 3 years working experience in Account Executing / Planning or similar positions.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • Customer consulting, negotiation, problem solving
  • Teamwork but also independent work, handling pressure
  • Planning, project’s cash flow management
  • Leadership skills
  • Good English presentation skills.
  • Having close relationships with KOLs, influencers is an advantage.
  • Having knowledge of social networking platforms.
• Personality:
  • Dynamic, proactive, cheerful, friendly
  • Responsible in work, able to withstand high pressure, ability in both team work and indepent working
