HN - Legal Executive

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Legal Counsel: Provide legal advice to the company‘s management board on organizational structure, company management processes, and litigation matters related to company disputes.
  • Departmental Advisory: Offer legal counsel to various departments on legal issues pertaining to the company‘s business operations.
  • Legal Records Management: Oversee the management of the company‘s legal records.
  • Contract Drafting: Draft, review, and revise business contracts, primarily focusing on those related to the production and distribution of media content, sponsorship agreements, advertising contracts, and other agreements.
  • Risk Management: Assess and manage legal risks in the company‘s media projects and business operations.
  • Licensing and Compliance: Handle and coordinate the application for various operating licenses related to the company‘s business activities, adjust the company‘s legal records (business registration) and subsidiaries, and carry out intellectual property and copyright registration procedures.
  • Government Relations: Liaise with relevant government agencies to resolve tasks assigned by the company‘s management board.

 

REQUIREMENT:

  • Education: Bachelor‘s degree in Law. Candidates with a strong understanding of intellectual property and media law are preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in legal affairs, legal consulting, or similar roles, particularly in media companies, radio and television stations, or content production units.
  • Skills:
    •   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    •   Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    •  Ability to draft and understand legal contracts, especially those related to media and copyright.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of corporate law, commercial law, intellectual property law, and other legal regulations relevant to the company‘s operations.
