Receive requests from Account Talent Management (briefing meeting)
Develop plans, production lead time with KOL
Take care and support KOL during the production process
Be responsible for quality, deadline for product output
Project Execution along with Talents:
Carry out personal tasks as required by Talent
Carry out tasks related to Talent: Research, propose strategies and development plans including marketing inside and outside the system
Connect Talents in the network through bonding activities with approved budgets from BOD
Search for more talents in The Talent system
Maintain good relationships between Talent/The Talent/Account Talent
Personal KPI:
Actively participate in acquiring knowledge, building relationships at training courses, sports events, marketing communities
The scope of work of the Account Operation is to carry out projects that the company provides to customers, without limiting the extent and diversity of projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communication, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 - 2 year in Account Management position or similar position
Skills & Knowledge:
Client consultation, negotiation, problem-solving
Teamwork, ability to work independently
Planning, project cash flow management, and stress management.
Strong relationships with KOLs and influencers are a plus.
Deep understanding of social media platforms.
Good English proficiency.
