JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the end-to-end strategic process (from briefing to presenting, deployment and report) in a collaborative manner across departments
• Push your own strategic thinking without more senior support for creative and data-driven strategies to maximize brand impact through influencers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute content-driven campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with influencer activations.
• Oversee media amplification and social media advertising strategies linked to influencer partnerships.
• Establish communication direction and digital approaches tailored to client objectives in influencer marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify relevant influencers and analyze trends in influencer engagement.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic influencer marketing insights.
• Mentor junior planners and guide teams in influencer marketing execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, content planning, or digital strategy.
• Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of influencer collaboration, audience engagement, and campaign performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in social media trends, digital marketing, and influencer platforms.
• Existing relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
