JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead strategic planning for influencer marketing campaigns across social and digital platforms.
- Develop creative and data-driven strategies to maximize brand impact through influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute content-driven campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with influencer activations.
- Oversee media amplification and social media advertising strategies linked to influencer partnerships.
- Establish communication direction and digital approaches tailored to client objectives in influencer marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify relevant influencers and analyze trends in influencer engagement.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic influencer marketing insights.
- Mentor junior planners and guide teams in influencer marketing execution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, content planning, or digital strategy.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of influencer collaboration, audience engagement, and campaign performance analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in social media trends, digital marketing, and influencer platforms.
- Existing relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

- Creative & adaptable – constantly seeks new and innovative ways to enhance influencer marketing efforts.
- Strong leadership skills and highly collaborative.
