JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Participate in key client meetings (briefings & presentations) to effectively present and sell creative ideas.
• Collaborate with Account and Creative teams to develop event concepts, visuals, and activity plans.
• Prepare design briefs and ensure deliverables meet both quality standards and timelines.
• Develop detailed proposals aligned with approved concepts and strategies.
• Lead or support proposal presentations to clients.
• Collect and analyze client feedback, provide strategic recommendations, and refine proposals accordingly.
• Proactively stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and innovations in the event industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
• Creative thinker with strong strategic and logical mindset.
• Proven experience in event planning with successful case studies and project management capabilities.
• Strong teamwork skills, high sense of ownership, and professional work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and clients.
• Responsible, passionate, highly committed, and self-motivated.
• Solid understanding of the local market and event industry.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
