We are seeking a Senior Copywriter / Copy Lead to drive creative excellence in influencer marketing campaigns at The A List. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping campaign concepts, crafting compelling content across platforms, and guiding the copy direction for major brands. This position is ideal for a seasoned creative who thrives in fast-paced agency life and is ready to take ownership of copy strategy and execution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the copywriting direction for influencer marketing campaigns, from concept -> key message -> multi-channel execution (social, digital, KOL/KOC scripts).
• Develop big ideas and creative concepts that drive integrated campaigns (IMC, Social, PR, Digital).
• Produce and edit diverse content formats, including:
  
• Social content plans (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Key messages for KOL/KOC briefings and influencer scripts
• PR articles, press releases, campaign taglines, and video scripts
  
• Collaborate closely with Strategy, Account, and Creative Design teams to ensure consistency of ideas across deliverables.
• Participate in pitches and present ideas persuasively to clients.
• Mentor, guide, and review the work of junior copywriters (if any).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 4–6+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in creative/digital agencies with strong exposure to influencer marketing.
• Strong strategic and creative thinking skills to build impactful campaign concepts.
• Versatility in writing styles and tone of voice; ability to capture trends and understand Gen Z consumer behavior.
• Solid portfolio showcasing notable projects (especially influencer marketing and digital campaigns).
• Confident in pitching and presenting creative ideas to clients.
• Experience in mentoring or leading a small copy team is a plus.
