JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Content & Creative Production

• Assist in producing multi-channel content (captions, visual briefs, short-form videos) for A+C Coffee Experience, Gate Gate Gallery, and other business units within the A Collective ecosystem.
• Support post-scheduling and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms.

1. Campaign & Event Support

• Support the rollout of marketing campaigns and on-site events (exhibition openings, workshops, merchandise pop-ups, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution and smooth operations.

1. Operations & Team Support

• Handle administrative tasks, project documentation, and marketing files to ensure organized operations.
• Execute other tasks as directed by the Marketing Lead to support the team’s overall objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must-have

• Education: 3rd/4th-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Content: Strong Vietnamese copywriting skills with a creative mindset; able to adapt tone of voice for different platforms (Threads, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) 
• Design & Video: Proficient in Canva (good eye for layout/fonts) and basic video editing via CapCut/smartphone.
• Mindset: Proactive, trend-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-have

• Aesthetics: A good sense of visual style and interest in Art, F&B, or Lifestyle.
• Experience: Prior involvement in student clubs or personal content projects (TikTok, Blogs, Fanpages).
• Language: Working proficiency in English (for research and brainstorming).
