JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in developing influencer marketing strategies for digital campaigns.
• Research and identify potential KOLs, influencers, and content creators relevant to brand objectives.
• Support internal teams in planning and executing influencer-driven campaigns.
• Develop communication frameworks for influencer collaborations, including PR and social media plans.
• Monitor influencer campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, engagement strategies, and platform innovations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, content planning, or digital strategy.
• Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with teams and independently to manage influencer activations.
• Experience or relationships with KOLs and influencers is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Personality:
