JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create big ideas that can be translated across multiple touchpoints.
- Generate breakthrough executions across various media.
- Craft visuals that bring ideas to life while efficiently managing timelines.
- Recognize, understand, and discuss strategy and production requirements.
- Contribute unique perspectives and add value during brainstorming sessions for fast-turnaround briefs.
- Work independently and collaboratively with other team members both within and outside the Creative department.
- Oversee the work of junior creatives on relevant projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or equivalent
- Experience: At least 4-6 years experience as an AD in marketing agency
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Highly creative with a strong visual appreciation (photography, design, visual-editing), up to date on social and cultural trends, and capable of producing scamps to a presentable level, experience directing video and photography shoots.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to craft inspiring and clear decks to present work.
- Intuitive and diplomatic in client interactions and with agency members, with the ability to think on your feet.
- Willing to go beyond job descriptions, spotting opportunities beyond briefs, and championing art direction and ideas within the agency.
