HCM - Marketing Executive - CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN THE A LIST VIỆT NAM

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and social channels.
Assist in managing the content calendar and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
Coordinate the production of marketing materials (visuals, videos, articles, event assets).
Support the organization of events and activations to enhance customer engagement.
Conduct market and competitor research; monitor campaign performance and propose improvements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, Business, or related fields.

Experience

Minimum 1-2 years in Marketing or Branding.
Prior experience in the F&B sector (especially Coffee) is preferred.
Proven track record in managing large-scale projects/campaigns, POSM production, and 360° marketing activities.

Knowledge & Skills

Solid understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and F&B market trends.
Creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze data and propose effective marketing solutions.
Strong copywriting and brand storytelling skills; capable of collaborating closely with creative teams.
Proficiency in marketing and analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Genuine passion for coffee and a desire to grow a long-term career in F&B or brand marketing.
