Lead the overall marketing strategy for the entire ecosystem of brands.
Manage and oversee the execution of integrated communication campaigns (digital, offline, PR, social), ensuring efficiency and consistency.
Plan, manage, and optimize the overall content calendar; guide brand image and messaging.
Direct and coordinate the production of diverse content (articles, visuals, videos, event materials), ensuring both creativity and strategic alignment.
Take charge of organizing events, activations, and workshops to enhance customer experience and strengthen brand image.
Conduct and supervise market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis to propose long-term growth strategies.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on marketing performance; recommend optimization and continuous improvement.
Leverage and maximize synergy among brands within the ecosystem to drive overall value.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, Business, or related fields.
Experience
Minimum 1-2 years in Marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior/ lead role.
Prior experience in the F&B sector (especially Coffee) is preferred.
Proven track record in managing large-scale projects/campaigns, POSM production, and 360° marketing activities.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and F&B market trends.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative direction abilities.
Proficiency in analytical and management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar).
Experience managing a small team (3–5 members); strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented yet adaptable, able to work under high pressure.
