Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Lead the Planning function, with focus on influencer/KOL/KOC planning, social-first campaigns, and talent-driven activations.
- Develop campaign frameworks, channel strategies, and outreach plans that connect brands with the right influencers and communities.
- Translate audience insights, social trends, and data into actionable creative briefs that inspire Art & Copy teams
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with Account and Talent Management teams to align client expectations with influencer planning and execution.
- Present and defend campaign strategies, outreach plans, and influencer mappings to clients confidently.
- Act as the strategic advisor for clients on influencer marketing, talent selection, and community engagement.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor Planning team members in influencer research, talent mapping, and campaign planning.
- Review outputs, refine briefs, and ensure consistent quality and strategic rigor.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, trendspotting, and social-first mindset within the Planning team.
Innovation & Industry Expertise
- Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing, content formats, and consumer behavior on social platforms.
- Contribute insights and strategic thinking to new business pitches and agency growth initiatives.
- Continuously optimize planning processes to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in Influencer/Social Planning or Brand Planning, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in influencer/KOL/KOC marketing, social outreach, and campaign planning.
- Proven ability to turn insights & data into compelling strategies and creative briefs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strong leadership: mentoring, delegation, and team development.
- Ability to balance strategic rigor with social-first creative inspiration.
- Client-facing confidence with ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
