Responsibilities
Strategic & Creative Leadership
- Creative Leadership: Lead and manage the Creative team to deliver bold, social-first, influencer-driven ideas that amplify brand narratives and generate measurable impact.
- Art Direction: Define and oversee the visual identity, design language, and art direction across all influencer campaigns, ensuring consistency, innovation, and aesthetic excellence.
- Concept & Copy Leadership: Shape the creative vision, drive concept development, and establish the copywriting approach that aligns with brand voice and resonates with diverse audiences.
- Social-First Strategy: Champion storytelling and content design tailored for digital and social platforms, maximizing engagement and cultural relevance.
- Influencer Activations: Oversee the creative development of KOL/KOC/influencer campaigns, ensuring authenticity, brand fit, and meaningful connections with communities.
Cross-team Collaboration
- Partner with other teams to translate client needs into bold and effective influencer-led creative solutions.
- Serve as the bridge between creative vision, influencer strategy, and client objectives, ensuring alignment across all outputs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize the impact of social outreach and branded content.
People Management & Mentorship
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing creative team specializing in art, copy, and influencer content creation.
- Set clear goals, delegate effectively, and provide constructive feedback to nurture team capabilities and future creative leaders.
- Foster a collaborative and inspiring team culture that balances creativity with accountability.
Innovation & Quality Excellence
- Stay ahead of social media, influencer marketing, and talent management trends to keep the agency at the forefront of culture.
- Oversee and elevate creative deliverables (visuals, scripts, content formats, influencer briefs), ensuring originality, feasibility, and brand impact.
- Continuously optimize creative workflows to improve efficiency while preserving creativity and craft.
 
Requirements
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
- 7+ years in creative/digital/influencer agencies (Copy based Prefered), including 3+ years in a leadership role.
2. Expertise & Skills
- Proven track record in influencer/KOL/KOC campaigns, social-first content strategy, and multi-channel creative execution (digital, social, activation, branded content).
- Strong art direction & copywriting skills tailored for influencer collaborations and social platforms.
- Deep understanding of social trends, audience behaviors, and influencer ecosystems.
3. Leadership & Management
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from brief to execution.
- Strong leadership and people management: delegation, feedback, coaching, and talent development.
4. Client & Business Skills
- Excellent client-facing abilities: communication, presentation, and pitching.
- Strategic yet hands-on, balancing creativity with feasibility and business impact.
